Can you write an algorithm to reverse a given string?

Implement reverse_string(s) to return the characters of s in reverse order. Preserve spaces, punctuation, repeated characters, and Unicode characters.

Input: A string s. Output: A new string containing the reversed characters.

Constraints

0 <= len(s) <= 1000
s may contain letters, digits, spaces, punctuation, and Unicode characters
Return a new string without modifying the input
