Reverse Linked List Complexity

Reverse Linked List Complexity

EasyPython

Problem

Samsung mobile software may represent an ordered stream of device events as a singly linked list. Given the head of this list, reverse the links in place and return the new head.

Formal Specification

Each node has an integer value and a next reference pointing to another node or None. Implement reverse_linked_list(head), where head is either a ListNode reference or None. Return the head of the reversed list. Do not create new list nodes. The interview test harness represents linked lists as arrays when displaying inputs and outputs, converting them to ListNode objects before calling the function.

Constraints

  • 0 <= number of nodes <= 10^5
  • -10^9 <= node.value <= 10^9
  • The list is singly linked and contains no cycles
  • No new list nodes may be created

Function Signature
