Write a program to reverse a number.

Implement reverse_number(number) using arithmetic operations. Return the integer formed by reversing the decimal digits, preserve the sign of negative inputs, and allow leading zeros in the reversed representation to disappear naturally.

Constraints

-2^31 <= number <= 2^31 - 1
