Your question is Resume-Driven Technical and Behavioral Questions. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

Tell me about a project from your resume and the challenges you faced building it.

Choose one project where your individual contribution is clear and the challenges required meaningful judgment. Explain the project's goal, your responsibilities, the technical or collaboration problems you encountered, how you prioritized competing demands, and what happened as a result. We are probing for ownership, problem solving, adaptability, and your ability to learn from setbacks. A strong answer should distinguish your actions from the team's, explain important trade-offs, and include measurable outcomes where available. Be prepared to discuss what you would do differently and how the experience would influence your work at Mercor.
