Your question is Responding to Feedback. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

Tell me about a situation when you received feedback and how did you take it? Please use a specific example from your experience, explain the feedback, how you responded, and what changed afterward. We are looking for self-awareness, openness to constructive criticism, and evidence that you can turn feedback into improved behavior or results. A strong response should follow STAR, distinguish your initial reaction from your deliberate actions, and include the outcome and lesson learned.
