Your question is Resolving Team Conflict. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

Tell me about the time you had to navigate conflict within your team.

Please choose a specific situation and explain what caused the conflict, what role you played, how you approached the people involved, and what happened afterward. Focus on your own actions rather than assigning blame. I am looking for evidence that you can listen, clarify competing perspectives, make progress under tension, and maintain productive working relationships. A strong answer should use the STAR structure, explain the stakes and timeline, describe concrete steps you took, quantify the result where possible, and include what you learned or would do differently.
