Your question is Receive and Use Feedback. Take a moment with it on the right.
Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).
What is feedback you have received in the past?
Please share one specific piece of constructive feedback, the context in which you received it, and how you responded. Explain what you changed in your behavior or approach, how you measured whether the change was effective, and what you learned. We are looking for self-awareness, accountability, and evidence that you can turn feedback into sustained improvement rather than simply acknowledging it. A strong answer should use a clear example, distinguish the original behavior from the resulting change, and include an outcome where possible.
