Your question is Real-Time Fraud Detection System. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

How would you build a fraud detection system that updates in real time?

Explain the end-to-end pipeline from transaction ingestion through feature computation, model scoring, decision serving, and downstream case management. Cover event ordering, deduplication, late data, schema evolution, exactly-once or effectively-once processing, replay and backfills, multi-region resilience, data quality, model versioning, and operational monitoring. Include the technologies, data contracts, storage layers, and failure recovery strategy you would choose, and explain how your design would scale without compromising auditability or compliance.
