Implement sort_and_check_palindrome(nums, number). Return a two-element list containing the sorted version of nums and a Boolean indicating whether number is a palindrome. Treat number as a non-negative integer.

Constraints

0 <= len(nums) <= 1000
-10^9 <= nums[i] <= 10^9
0 <= number <= 10^18
