Problem

Write code in Python to solve the given problem.

For this SQL version, use the provided customers and payments tables. Return every customer with their qualifying payment count and total amount for Q1 2025.

Output

  1. One row per customer, including customers with no qualifying payments.
  2. Columns: customer_id, customer_name, qualified_payment_count, qualified_payment_total.
  3. Include only payments with status approved, dates from 2025-01-01 through 2025-03-31, and non-null positive amounts.
  4. Sort by qualified_payment_total descending, then customer_id ascending.
