Your question is Prioritizing Competing Work. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

How do you prioritize your daily tasks when managing multiple competing feature requests and production bugs?

Please explain the criteria you use, how you assess urgency and impact, and how you communicate trade-offs when everything appears important. We are probing for structured prioritization, sound judgment under pressure, ownership of production issues, and the ability to align stakeholders without simply reacting to the loudest request. A strong response should describe a specific situation, explain how you evaluated competing work, show how you handled interruptions or changing information, and state the measurable outcome. Please answer using the STAR framework where possible.
