Your question is Prioritize Your Work. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

How do you prioritize work?

Please explain the principles, signals, and trade-offs you use when multiple engineering tasks compete for attention. Describe how you communicate what will be done now, deferred, or stopped, and how you revisit priorities when circumstances change. The interviewer is assessing judgment, ownership, transparency, and whether you connect technical effort to customer and business impact.
