Prime Between Numbers | Dataford Interview Questions

Write code to identify all prime numbers between two given numbers.

Asked in the Technical interview stage. Return the prime numbers in ascending order, including both boundaries when prime. Values less than 2 are not prime.

Function Contract

Implement def find_primes(start, end):. Return a list of integers. Assume 0 <= start <= end <= 10^9 and end - start <= 10^5.

Constraints

0 <= start <= end <= 10^9
end - start <= 10^5
Return primes in ascending order
The interval is inclusive
Numbers less than 2 are not prime
