Your question is Present a Data-Driven Project. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

Bring a data-driven project you've done about a topic of your choosing and present it to us.

Asked in the Case/presentation round stage, this is a candidate-chosen project presentation rather than an employer-assigned case problem. Select a project where you can explain the metric or KPI, analytical method, findings, and resulting decisions.

Requirements

  1. State the business or operational question and why it mattered.
  2. Define the primary metric, including numerator, denominator, time period, and population.
  3. Explain how you analyzed the metric and decomposed its movement.
  4. Present the key findings with evidence from your project.
  5. Describe the actions taken, outcomes measured, limitations, and what you would do next.

Data available

Use the data sources, dashboards, experiments, reports, or operational logs from your selected project. Clearly identify their grain, relevant fields, and known quality limitations.
