Walk me through your portfolio and previous web design experience, including how you solve problems and manage your time. Please choose one or two projects that show how you translated requirements into web experiences, handled constraints or feedback, and prioritized competing work. Explain your individual contribution, decisions, collaboration with engineers or stakeholders, and how you evaluated the outcome.
