Problem

Describe one of your past projects in detail

Choose a project that demonstrates your ownership and judgment. Explain the original objective, your specific responsibilities, key decisions and trade-offs, how you worked with others, and the measurable outcome. Be prepared to discuss ambiguity, obstacles, prioritization, and what you learned. Focus on your individual contributions rather than only describing the team’s work. A strong answer should be structured, technically and strategically clear, and grounded in concrete evidence. The interviewer may ask follow-up questions about stakeholder alignment, difficult decisions, setbacks, and what you would change in retrospect.
