Write a script to parse large log files and identify recurring error patterns.

Implement def find_recurring_errors(log_lines, min_occurrences):. Each valid line has timestamp level message; process only lines whose level is ERROR, replace standalone numeric tokens in messages with <N>, and return patterns occurring at least min_occurrences. Return dictionaries with pattern and count, sorted by descending count and then lexicographic pattern. Ignore malformed lines and non-error levels.

Constraints

0 <= len(log_lines) <= 5000
Each log line is a string
A valid line contains a nonempty timestamp, level, and message separated by spaces
Numeric normalization applies to standalone decimal digit sequences
1 <= min_occurrences <= 5000
