Write a program to parse a raw CSV data stream into a structured format and compute specific statistical metrics.

Implement parse_csv_metrics(raw_csv, numeric_column), where raw_csv is a CSV string with a header and at least one data row. Return a dictionary containing parsed records, with field values preserved as strings, and count, mean, median, min, and max for the selected column. The CSV may contain quoted fields and commas inside quoted values.

Constraints

1 <= number of data rows <= 5000
Each data row has the same columns as the header
numeric_column exists in the header
The selected numeric field contains valid integer or decimal text
CSV fields may be quoted and may contain commas
