Write a program that parses an input file and displays the contents in a specific format so the output matches what is actually written.

Implement format_file_contents(file_text). The input is the complete file content as a string. Return a string where each physical line is formatted as Line N: <original contents>, using one-based line numbers. Preserve blank lines, leading spaces, trailing spaces, and line order. Treat , \r , and \r as line separators. Do not add a final newline to the returned string. An empty file returns an empty string.

Constraints

file_text contains at most 5,000 lines
Each line contains printable characters and may be empty
Leading and trailing spaces must be preserved
The returned string must not have a final newline
An empty input file returns an empty string
