Pangram Checker Function | Dataford Interview Questions

Write a function to determine if a given string is a pangram.

Treat uppercase and lowercase letters as equivalent and ignore spaces, punctuation, digits, and other non-English letters. The function accepts a string and returns True when it contains every letter from a through z, otherwise it returns False.

Function signature: def determine_pangram(s):

Constraints

0 <= len(s) <= 100000
s may contain uppercase letters, lowercase letters, spaces, punctuation, digits, and other Unicode characters
Only the 26 English letters from a through z are required
