Panagram Code

EasyPython

Problem

Write a pangram checker.

Implement is_pangram(text) to return True when text contains every letter from a through z at least once, ignoring case and non-alphabetic characters. Return False otherwise. The function should accept a string and return a Boolean.

Example: "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog" returns True; "Hello world" returns False.

Constraints

  • 0 <= len(text) <= 1000
  • The input may contain uppercase letters, lowercase letters, spaces, punctuation, and digits
  • Only the 26 English letters a through z are required

Function Signature

def is_pangram(text):
