Intuit Management Consultancy receives text through internal messaging surfaces that may contain punctuation, spaces, and mixed capitalization. Given a message, determine whether its normalized form reads identically from left to right and right to left.

Normalization keeps only ASCII letters and digits and compares letters without regard to case. Return True when the normalized message is a palindrome, and False otherwise.

Formal Specification

Implement is_palindrome(message), where message is a string. Return a Boolean value. The input may contain spaces, punctuation, digits, and uppercase or lowercase letters.

Constraints

1 <= len(message) <= 100,000
The message contains printable ASCII characters
Only letters and digits are considered
Letter comparisons are case-insensitive
An empty normalized message is considered a palindrome
