Palindrome by Swapping Characters | Dataford Interview Questions

Check whether a given string can be made a palindrome by swapping characters without removing any characters.

You may swap any two character positions any number of times. Return True if some rearrangement of the string is a palindrome, otherwise return False.

Implement can_make_palindrome(s), which accepts a string and returns a Boolean. The comparison is case-sensitive, and the input string must remain the same length.

Constraints

0 <= len(s) <= 100000
Characters are compared case-sensitively
Characters may be letters, digits, spaces, or symbols
Swapping does not add, remove, or modify characters
