SQL for Operational Comparisons

MediumSQL · PostgreSQL

Problem

Write a SQL query to compare monthly operational volume, response rates, and delays by region and client, using joins and aggregations.

Use the provided operational request, client, and region data. Include requests with missing responses, calculate response rates as percentages, and calculate average delays only for requests with a response.

Output

  1. One row per month, region, and client.
  2. Columns: month_start, region_name, client_name, operational_volume, responded_volume, response_rate_pct, and average_delay_days.
  3. Include all operational requests with a non-null request date. Sort by month, region, and client.
