Write a function that returns the Fibonacci value for a given parameter or index.

Use the convention F(0) = 0 and F(1) = 1. Implement def fibonacci(n):, accepting a non-negative integer and returning the integer value at index n.

Constraints

0 <= n <= 1000
n is an integer
Return the Fibonacci value using F(0) = 0 and F(1) = 1
