Your question is Motivation for Recruitment. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

Why are you interested in recruitment?

Please explain what attracts you to recruitment, why you are pursuing it now, and how your past experiences have prepared you for the work. We are looking for a specific, thoughtful explanation rather than a general interest in working with people. A strong response connects your motivation to recruitment responsibilities such as understanding needs, building trust, evaluating fit, managing ambiguity, and owning outcomes. Use a concise example from your experience where possible, and explain what you learned from it.
