Your question is Motivating a Team. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

How have you motivated your team? Give a specific example. Asked in the people management stage. Focus on a real situation where motivation, engagement, or performance needed to improve. Explain how you diagnosed what was affecting the team, what actions you took, and how you measured whether your approach worked. A strong response should distinguish between motivating individuals and creating sustainable team conditions, while showing ownership for the outcome.
