SQL for Monthly SLA Attainment

MediumSQL · PostgreSQL

Write a SQL query to join operational performance data with client records and calculate monthly SLA attainment by team at Aon.

Output

  2. Columns: month, team, clients_served, evaluated_requests, sla_met_count, and sla_attainment_pct.
