SQL for Monthly SLA Attainment

MediumSQL · PostgreSQL

Problem

Write a SQL query to calculate monthly SLA attainment by client, including joins between operational and client tables and a breakdown by month at WNS. Treat records with sla_met = TRUE as attained and exclude records where sla_met is NULL from the percentage calculation.

Output

  1. One row per matched client and calendar month with at least one non-NULL SLA result.
  2. Columns: client_name, month, and sla_attainment_pct.
  3. Format month as YYYY-MM, calculate attainment as a percentage rounded to two decimal places, and order by client name and month ascending.
