MediumSQL · PostgreSQL

Problem

Write a SQL query to analyze monthly operational performance at Buyers Edge Platform by joining orders, customers, and support tickets, then calculate key metrics such as order volume, ticket rate, and average resolution time.

Use the provided tables and return one row per month. Include only months with at least one valid order.

Output

  1. Columns: month, order_volume, active_customer_count, ticket_count, ticket_rate_pct, and avg_resolution_hours
