Your question is Meeting a Deadline. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

Tell me about time where you had to meet a deadline

Please describe a specific professional situation, including the deadline, what was at stake, and your individual responsibility. Explain how you prioritized the work, handled obstacles or competing demands, communicated with stakeholders, and what ultimately happened. The interviewer is assessing ownership, judgment under pressure, and whether you can deliver reliably without sacrificing important quality or relationships. A strong response should use the STAR structure, distinguish your actions from the team's, include measurable results where possible, and acknowledge what you learned or would change next time.
