Max Value Index From Logs

EasyPython

Problem

Given an array of audiobook listening times and a list of logs, return the index of the max value.

Asked in the online_assessment stage.

Implement max_listening_index(listening_times, logs). listening_times is a non-empty list of integers, and logs is a list of the same length. Return the index of the largest listening time. If the maximum occurs multiple times, return its first index. The contents of logs do not affect the result.

Constraints

  • 1 <= len(listening_times) <= 1000
  • len(logs) == len(listening_times)
  • Each listening time is an integer
  • If the maximum appears more than once, return its first index
