Your question is Managing Conflict. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

What is your experience managing conflict?

Please use a specific example from your professional experience. Explain the source of the conflict, your responsibility, how you handled the people and the work involved, and the outcome. The interviewer is assessing whether you address disagreements directly, listen to competing perspectives, remain accountable for your own role, and move toward a practical resolution. Strong answers use the STAR structure, include clear stakes and actions, quantify the result where possible, and identify what you learned.
