Managing a Complex Data Project

EasySQL · PostgreSQL

Problem

Tell me about a complex data project you managed from inception to final presentation, including scope, milestones, and outcome.

For this SQL exercise, use the supplied project, milestone, and presentation records to produce a concise project-level summary.

Output

  1. One row per project, including projects without milestones or a final presentation.
  2. Return project_id, project_name, manager_name, scope_description, milestone_count, completed_milestones, final_presentation_date, and final_outcome.
  3. Treat missing milestone counts as zero, and show missing presentation details as NULL.
  4. Order by project_id ascending.
