List vs Array Differences

MediumPython

Problem

What is the difference between a list and an array?

Implement list_vs_array(values) to demonstrate the distinction using a list and array.array('i'). Return every input value in the list, values accepted by the signed 32-bit array, and values rejected by that array.

Signature: list_vs_array(values)

Input: A list of integers. Output: A dictionary with list, array, and rejected keys. Values must remain in their original order.

Constraints

  • 0 <= values.length <= 1000
  • Each value is an integer
  • -2147483649 <= values[i] <= 2147483648
  • The output must preserve the original order
