Write a SQL query using a LEFT JOIN to identify franchise locations that did not place a supply order during a specific fiscal quarter at Yum! Brands.

Use FY2025 Q2, represented by April 1, 2025 through June 30, 2025. Return every franchise location without a qualifying supply order.

One row per franchise location without an FY2025 Q2 supply order.
