Implement a ledger-balancing algorithm that flags discrepancies between recorded disbursements and actual repayments for Parafin.

Use def find_discrepancies(disbursements, repayments):. Each input is a list of [account_id, amount_cents] records. Return a list of dictionaries for accounts whose totals differ, sorted by account_id, with keys account_id, disbursed_cents, repaid_cents, and difference_cents, where difference is disbursed minus repaid. Amounts are integers, and an account may appear in multiple records.

Constraints

0 <= len(disbursements), len(repayments) <= 1000
1 <= len(account_id) <= 64
0 <= amount_cents <= 10^9
Each record has the form [account_id, amount_cents]
Return results sorted lexicographically by account_id
