Your question is Least Favorite Job Aspect. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

What is your least favorite part of your job?

Explain what specifically makes that responsibility difficult or unfulfilling, how you manage it without compromising performance, and whether you have taken steps to improve the situation. The interviewer is probing for self-awareness, ownership, professionalism, and the ability to distinguish a personal preference from a genuine process or product problem. A strong answer should use a specific example, acknowledge the business need, describe constructive action, and explain the outcome without criticizing colleagues or the company.
