Your question is Leading a Team. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

Tell me about a time where you led a team.

We want to understand the specific leadership responsibility you took on, how you aligned people around a goal, and how you handled obstacles or disagreement. Focus on your actions rather than describing the team’s work in general. A strong response should use one specific example, explain the stakes and your decisions, show how you supported or influenced others, and close with a measurable result and lesson learned.
