Asked in the phone interview stage. Focus on what you did before, during, and after the meeting. Explain how you aligned stakeholders on goals, scope, milestones, ownership, risks, communication mechanisms, and follow-up actions. Be specific about how you handled disagreement or ambiguity and how you confirmed that the team was ready to execute.
