Your question is Leadership Strengths. Take a moment with it on the right.
Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).
What are your leadership strengths?
Be specific about the leadership behaviors you rely on most, and support them with a brief example from your experience. Explain how those strengths helped you influence customers, colleagues, or partners, especially when you did not have direct authority. The interviewer is assessing self-awareness, ownership, communication, and whether your claimed strengths produce meaningful results. Strong answers identify two or three strengths, connect each to observable behavior, and include measurable or verifiable outcomes. Avoid listing desirable traits without explaining how you developed them, when you used them, or what you are still working to improve.
