Asked in the Technical interview stage by a 2-person panel. The interviewers are assessing whether you can lead analytical work, turn findings into useful recommendations, and influence decisions without relying solely on formal authority. They also want to understand how you handled ambiguity, aligned stakeholders, and took ownership of the outcome.
Use one specific project and structure your response with Situation, Task, Action, and Result. Explain your individual contribution, how your analysis changed a decision or outcome, and what you learned.
