Engineering Manager Craft Demo: You are the engineering leader of a world class platform team and have been entrusted to lead a team of 10 engineers in building a platform and framework that would enable distributed applications to integrate efficiently and securely (configurable authentication and authorization; traffic control with routing rules, retries, failovers and fault injection; built-in monitoring and observability operated self-service; backend, web and mobile clients; high throughput; gRPC, Websocket and REST; AWS Kubernetes with high availability). The first client is a consumer facing tax product that must launch within 90 days while requirements are still churning, and your 10 reports are 5 staff engineers and 5 new college grads.
