Your question is Launch Product Missing Month 1. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

If we launch a new product and we don't hit our month 1 goal and it declines in month 2, what would you do?

Explain how you would diagnose the problem, align stakeholders on the likely cause, decide whether to improve, reposition, pause, or stop the product, and create an execution plan for recovery. Address the data you would review, customer and team feedback you would gather, decisions you would make, and how you would communicate progress.
