Write a SQL query to retrieve all users who signed up in the last month.

Use the users table. Interpret “last month” as the previous calendar month, excluding the current month and any earlier months.

Output

Return user_id, email, and signed_up_at.
Include one row per matching user and exclude users with a NULL signup timestamp.
Order by signed_up_at ascending, then user_id ascending.
