Write a query to retrieve data from two tables using an INNER JOIN and a LEFT JOIN, and explain the difference in their outputs.

Use the employees and assignments tables. Return both result sets in a clearly labeled output so matched rows and unmatched employees can be compared.

Output

Columns: join_type, employee_id, employee_name, assignment_id, assignment_name
Include the INNER JOIN results and LEFT JOIN results, labeled accordingly
Sort by join type with INNER JOIN results first, then employee ID and assignment ID, placing NULL assignment IDs last
