Your question is Job Change Timing. Take a moment with it on the right.
Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).
Why does it make sense to change jobs right now? Please explain what is motivating your decision, why you are considering a move at this point in your career, and what you are looking for next. We are assessing whether your reasoning is thoughtful, professional, and aligned with the opportunity, rather than driven primarily by frustration with your current employer. Focus on your own goals, contributions, and decision process. A strong response should be concise, forward-looking, and specific about the kind of engineering environment and impact you want next.
