Problem

How would you answer basic Java, Spring Boot, and database questions in an interview?

You are given a small log of interview questions and the topic each question belongs to. Write a SQL query that returns the number of questions in each topic category.

Output

  1. One row per topic category
  2. Columns: topic, question_count
  3. Include only rows where topic is not null
  4. Sort by question_count descending, then topic ascending
