Your question is Inventing Something. Take a moment with it on the right.
Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).
Tell me about a time when you invented something.
Asked in the virtual on site stage. The interviewer is probing for ownership, creativity, judgment, and the ability to turn an ambiguous need into a useful outcome. Explain what you created, why existing approaches were insufficient, how you gained support, and what changed as a result. A strong answer should use a specific past example, clarify your individual contribution, describe meaningful tradeoffs, quantify the impact where possible, and include what you learned.
