Your question is Influencing Non-Reporting Stakeholders. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

Tell me about a time you had to influence a stakeholder who did not report to you. Choose a specific example and explain the stakeholder's perspective, the outcome you needed, and how you earned alignment without relying on formal authority. We are evaluating your ability to build trust, handle disagreement, use evidence, and adapt your communication to the audience. A strong response should follow STAR, distinguish your actions from the team's work, quantify the result where possible, and explain what you learned.
